Taiwan Chain & Franchise Association (TCFA) organized the “2023 Outstanding Store Manager” awards ceremony on December 6th. This year, a total of 8 supervisors from the Hess International Education team were honored as Outstanding Store Managers, and two of them participated in the selection of Outstanding Store Managers and received outstanding results!

The competition requirements for the selection of the Outstanding Store Manager include a written assessment of the store’s experience and innovative business ideas, incorporation of performance indicators through SGS International Service Verification, and an assessment of the store’s service quality. Public service, store cleanliness, and an interview is also considered. This year, six participating store managers received perfect scores in the service quality assessment. Warm, caring, professional, and warm service remains the core key to attracting customers to the brand.
A total of 183 store managers participated in the Outstanding Store Manager Selection and 37 of them were selected as Outstanding Store Managers.
This is a rare achievement!
